As a psychologist, I often tell people that yoga is great therapy - since it works on virtually every level. I am excited to help people learn how yoga can help them not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I provide yoga instruction (group and individual) as well as therapeutic yoga for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addiction. Private sessions are customized to meet the needs of the client and may include coaching to optimize mental health and wellness.

Class Schedule: June 1-August 31, 2011

Classes at Two Hearts Yoga - 5309 McCullough, between Basse and Olmos.

Wednesdays:
8:30-9:45am: Level 2
10:00-11:15am: Gentle/Level 1

Thursdays:
5:30-6:45pm: Level 2.

Fridays:
8:30-9:45am, Level 2

5:30-6:30pm, Rockin' Vinyasa: a yoga celebration, set to a killer playlist. A great way to end your work week. And only $5!

Saturdays:
2:00-3:15pm,
Level One (Beginner's) Yoga. Everyone is welcome at this class, from total beginners to experienced yogis looking for a slower pace and focus on alignment.

Classes at Yoga Sanctuary (23535 IH-10 West, Suite 1206, San Antonio, TX 78257):

Thursdays:
9:30-10:45am: Vinyasa Flow

Saturdays:
9:00-10:15am Gentle
